Love Crazy

I read this poem when I was a little girl and thought it was so neat.

At the time, I thought it was interesting how

the poet changed the words around...like a

funny game or something.


When I got older

I realized that

this is what love feels like

on a really good day.

I ran up the door and shut the stairs
Said my pajamas and put on my prayers
Turned off my bed and jumped into the light
And all because you kissed me goodnight
